What you will do
- Provide support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated technical issues.
- Assist with network configurations and system maintenance.
- Administer and troubleshoot Active Directory and cloud-based services.
- Document and track support tickets using a helpdesk management system.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on complex technical projects.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a technical support or similar IT role.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Experience with Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
