What you will do

• Deploy AI use cases with significant business impact across various industries.
• Work on state-of-the-art GenAI applications from consumer to industrial products.
• Collaborate with researchers and engineers on complex projects involving fine-tuning and LLM applications.
• Participate in pre-sales calls to understand client needs and provide technical guidance.
• Collaborate with product and science teams to improve product and model capabilities based on feedback.

Requirements

• Fluent English required.
• 2+ years experience as a technical contributor on AI-based products.
• Proven experience in AI/ML product implementation with APIs, backend, and frontend.
• Experience in fine-tuning LLMs and advanced RAG or agentic use cases.
• Strong Python coding skills and understanding of ML and LLM algorithms.
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Nice to have

• Contributions to open-source LLM projects.
• Experience as Customer Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Technical Product Manager.
• Experience with deep learning using PyTorch.
