What you will do

• Partner with public sector clients to understand challenges and design custom AI models
• Train, optimize, and deploy computer vision and language models in production environments
• Collaborate with data annotation teams to create high-quality training datasets
• Develop and maintain robust model evaluation systems
• Participate in customer engagements including occasional travel
• Contribute to scaling AI capabilities through knowledge sharing

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work onsite in Doha, Qatar or London, UK
• 5+ years experience in computer vision and/or language model training, deployment, and evaluation in production
• Master’s degree or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, C++ or similar languages
• English: B2 level or higher required

• Startup experience
• Experience with large-scale AI problems
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in Arabic (for language model focus)
• Published research in top ML conferences or journals
