What you will do

• Build synthetic data pipelines to generate enterprise environments for reinforcement learning post-training
• Create agents to convert production traces into actionable insights for agent improvement
• Contribute to agent-building products using coding agents and proprietary algorithms
• Train state-of-the-art models developed internally and from the community for enterprise deployment

Requirements

• Location: Must be onsite in San Francisco, CA or New York, NY, USA
• 3+ years experience building with LLMs in production environments
• Experience constructing high-quality data to improve LLMs/Agents
• Publications in top AI conferences (NEURIPS, ICLR, ICML) within last two years
• PhD or Masters in Computer Science or related field
