What you will do

• Build synthetic data pipelines to generate enterprise environments for RL post-training.
• Create agents to convert production traces into actionable insights for agent improvement.
• Contribute to an agent-building product using coding agents and proprietary algorithms.
• Train and deploy state-of-the-art internal and community models for enterprise customers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience building with LLMs in a production environment.
• Experience constructing high-quality data to improve LLMs or Agents.
• Publications in top conferences such as NEURIPS, ICLR, or ICML within the last two years.
• PhD or Master's in Computer Science or a related field.
• Location: Must be based in San Francisco, New York, or Seattle.
