What you will do

• Research and develop novel AI methods for mobile manipulation robots
• Build tooling and infrastructure for training, evaluation, and analysis of AI models at scale
• Collaborate cross-functionally with scientists, engineers, and product teams to deploy AI on robot platforms

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid role based in Paris, France
• Experience building and deploying AI systems on physical robots or developing large vision-language models
• Proficiency in software engineering, preferably Python
• Hands-on experience with AI frameworks, preferably PyTorch
• Ability to design complex software for production use
• Self-starter, autonomous, and team player

Nice to have

• Experience with navigation, manipulation, simulators, 3D, embodied reasoning, or vision-language-action models
• Familiarity with the full MLOps stack including fine-tuning, evaluation, and deployment
• Strong publication record in relevant scientific domains
