What you will do

• Develop and execute subsystem- and system-level verification and validation plans to meet functional, performance, and safety requirements.
• Define test objectives, procedures, and success criteria for integration tests.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for test failures.
• Analyze test results and communicate findings to improve designs.
• Collaborate with design engineers, test teams, and operations to enhance system reliability.
• Maintain technical documentation and support systems engineering activities.

Requirements

• Must be located on-site in Austin, Texas, USA.
• 2+ years experience in design, test, systems, or reliability engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in relevant engineering fields.
• Experience with advanced hardware, autonomous systems, and test campaign design.
• Familiarity with failure analysis, root cause methodologies, and risk management.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in engineering or related fields.
• Experience with requirements management tools and Palantir Foundry.
• Coding skills in Python, Java, or C++.
• Hands-on test engineering and data analysis experience.
• Experience with MATLAB, ANSYS, CAD, and environmental testing.
