What you will do

• Identify and evaluate M&A opportunities in the AI ecosystem aligned with company goals.
• Conduct technical due diligence including product testing, codebase review, and team assessment.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to assess synergies and integration paths.
• Present technical evaluations to product and engineering leads to inform investment decisions.
• Work closely with senior leadership to align M&A strategy with business objectives.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work on-site in Paris or London
• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, LLMs, and AI product implementation.
• Proficiency in reading Python code and familiarity with agents frameworks like Langchain and vector databases.
• Curiosity and knowledge about AI startups and M&A or venture capital fields.
• Strategic mindset to align technical evaluations with business goals.
