What you will do

• Build and optimize onboarding flows, activation funnels, and viral loops to drive user growth
• Implement monetization features including credit systems, paywalls, pricing experiments, and upgrade flows
• Run A/B tests and iterate rapidly, building tooling to improve experimentation framework
• Own key growth metrics such as sign-ups, activation rates, conversion, and retention
• Work across full stack from frontend to backend to analytics instrumentation
• Partner with PM, design, and data teams to translate business goals into technical implementations

Requirements

• Location: Must work onsite in San Francisco, CA
• 3+ years building production web applications with strong full-stack fundamentals
• Proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Node.js or similar technologies
• Strong product and business sense with motivation to improve growth and monetization metrics
• Data-driven mindset comfortable with A/B testing and analytics
• Ability to balance fast experimentation with careful handling of payment systems

• Experience with growth/monetization systems like onboarding, paywalls, referrals, or payment flows
