Account Manager (SaaS)

Account Manager (SaaS): Managing customer relationships for around 80 clients post-sale with an accent on customer obsession, responsiveness, and product knowledge. Focus on driving account activation, upsells, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Location: Onsite in New York City

Pay Range: $100,000 – $250,000 USD + Equity

• Own the entire customer relationship from onboarding to renewals.
• Work with leading venture investors to drive success with software.
• Relay customer needs to the product team for roadmap prioritization.
• Forecast accurately to focus on the right customers.
• Refine processes and practices within the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or related fields.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience managing customer relationships in SaaS or data companies.
• Excellent communication skills for diverse stakeholders.
• Technical acumen and ability to learn software products quickly.
• Willingness to work in person 4+ days a week in NYC.
