What you will do

• Own creative output from concept to QA with minimal revisions
• Develop and codify the hirify.global Email Design System including modules, color tokens, dark-mode variants, and accessibility checks
• Present design decisions to clients and gather live feedback
• Mentor and coach other designers, enforce quality assurance, and document processes
• Lead major design initiatives quarterly, such as modular GIF libraries or AI-assisted creative brief workflows

Requirements

• Location: Fully remote with preference for candidates based in Cyprus
• Proficiency/mastery of Figma and knowledge of email UX, dark-mode, mobile fallbacks, and accessibility
• Ability to present design rationale confidently to internal teams and C-level clients
• Strong communication skills and ownership mindset
