TL;DR

What you will do
- Monitor production environments and implement actions for maintenance.
- Manage support requests via ticketing systems like JIRA and Service Now.
- Participate in meetings to provide technical perspectives.
- Ensure good communication with users and IT project teams.
- Manage incidents according to Service Delivery / ITIL Standards.
- Be available for on-call duties and weekend interventions.
Requirements
- English: B2 level required
- Proficiency in at least one database (Oracle, SQL Server, Sybase).
- At least 3 years of professional experience in Production Support.
- Experience in UNIX/LINUX environments.
- ITIL knowledge is a plus.
