TL;DR

Technical Support Engineer: Providing system administration and troubleshooting for servers with an accent on hardware, software, and network issues. Focus on diagnosing problems and working with cloud technologies.

Location: Onsite in Hanoi, VN

What you will do

System administration of servers from anywhere in the world.
Diagnose hardware, software, and network server issues.
Work with hardware monitoring and cloud technologies.

Requirements

English sufficient for e-mail correspondence.
Attention to detail and ability to analyze information.
Understanding of modern computer components and basic principles of the Internet and computer networks.

Nice to have

Experience with Linux operating systems (Ubuntu, CentOS, Debian).
Basic knowledge of working in the Linux terminal.
Experience in installing Windows/Linux OS from the ground up.
