What you will do

• Partner with senior engineering leaders to define and execute long-term technical roadmaps aligned with strategic priorities.
• Lead delivery of large-scale, complex infrastructure programs spanning multiple teams and organizations.
• Design and implement program management frameworks and mentor TPMs and engineers on best practices.
• Engage deeply with technical designs to understand challenges and propose effective solutions.
• Establish clear communication processes for program status, risks, and milestones across stakeholders.
• Collaborate on staffing plans and resource prioritization to optimize capacity and trade-offs.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work onsite in Mountain View, California, United States
• 5+ years experience as a Technical Program Manager shipping complex software infrastructure or platform products.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP), automated data pipelines, CI/CD, and distributed compute systems.
• Strong ability to understand complex technical concepts and facilitate senior engineering discussions.
• Expertise in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Kanban.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills bridging technical and non-technical teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in autonomous vehicles, robotics, aerospace, or safety-critical systems.
