What you will do
- Lead program planning, including backlog management and tracking OKRs.
- Proactively identify and manage risks and dependencies for product delivery.
- Drive execution alignment across multiple pods through sync events.
- Facilitate Agile best practices and coach teams on Lean-Agile methods.
- Ensure transparent reporting of progress, decisions, and risks to leadership.
- Partner with stakeholders on non-Product Operating Model execution and define deliverables.
- Establish outcome-oriented success metrics and lead corrective actions.
- Apply a global mindset, influencing teams across different regions.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Experience: 3+ years of project management or relevant industry experience delivering complex initiatives.
- Methodology Knowledge: Solid understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
- Technical Proficiency: Experience configuring and managing work via JIRA and Confluence.
- Ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
- Competence in analyzing delivery metrics and reporting program health.

- Certifications such as PMP or CSM.
