What you will do

• Operate with a product mindset to prioritize experiments and make data-driven decisions.
• Define, test, and iterate economy management strategies across hirify.global and Badoo.
• Share ownership of in-app credit currency and consumable economies.
• Develop frameworks for valuing new products and collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Data Science, Billing, Legal, Finance, and Engineering.
• Build customer understanding and communication strategies for economy optimizations.
• Set up, monitor, and analyze A/B tests to inform decisions.

Requirements

• Location: Role based in London, UK with hybrid work format.
• 5+ years product management and analytics experience in commercial tech environments.
• Experience with monetization strategies, A/B testing, and data-driven decision making.
• Experience in Gaming, Tech, or Dating industries preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to extract actionable insights from data.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with global teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with consumables and subscription products.
• Knowledge of scenario modelling, algorithms, and behavioral science.
