What you will do
- Manage end-to-end customer communication and relationship building.
- Support enterprise account retention, contract management, and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with sales teams to drive RFP processes and strategic deal development.
- Track sales orders and billing processes within dedicated internal tools.
- Identify client needs through regular business reviews and offer relevant telecom solutions.
- Resolve client issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Requirements
- Proven experience in account management, customer service, or project management.
- Required: Previous experience in the telecommunications industry.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required.
- Knowledge of voice, data, internet, and cloud telecommunication services.
- Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in the US shift (3:00 pm – 11:30 pm CET).
