What you will do
- Provide expert technical support for security products to global customers and partners.
- Analyze complex issues by reviewing Windows, Linux, and network logs.
- Collaborate with internal development teams to provide detailed findings on root causes.
- Gather and document solutions for new issues to expand the team knowledge base.
- Operate in 24/7 shifts (11.5-hour shifts, approx. 14 per month) to support global partners.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar role.
- Fluency in English (min. B2 level).
- Fluency in Slovak (min. B2 level).
- Advanced knowledge of either Unix/Linux or Microsoft Windows Server environments.
- Basic proficiency in RDBMS, Active Directory, and network protocol analysis (Wireshark).
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a solution-seeking mindset.
Nice to have
- Experience with enterprise server technologies like Microsoft Exchange, SharePoint, or Lotus Domino.
- Knowledge of virtualization and antivirus product architecture.
- Understanding of REST APIs or experience with Android/macOS systems.
