What you will do

• Manage client onboarding, including document review
• Advise customers on products and services
• Establish and maintain sustainable customer relations
• Update and maintain client database
• Act as single point of contact for merchants, facilitating dialogue with finance, compliance, and operations
• Anticipate client needs and challenges, develop action plans with internal team for issues and innovations

Requirements

• 1+ years experience in client-oriented B2B role, preferably in regulated banking/payments entity
• Fluency in English and Russian
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and analytical skills
• Ability to prioritize workload with minimum supervision
• Experience in fast-paced environment
• Higher education in business management, economy, or related (advantage)
