We're looking for a Key Account Manager to join our team.
⚡️What you'll be doing:
- Daily operational monitoring of emerging issues and preparing feedback for clients;
- Prompt response to changes in existing clients' behavior;
- Regular preparation of client analytics;
- Daily written communication with clients, consulting on product-related questions and its operation;
- Building long-term client relationships, developing and improving agreements (upsales);
- Creating and optimizing effective business processes within the department and across the company.
💡What we're looking for:
- 2+ years of experience in a payment service, preferably with iGaming projects;
- B2B communication experience in the high-risk sector;
- English proficiency B2+, fluent Russian;
- Willingness to travel worldwide (4+ times per year).
