What you will do

• Collect and analyze project information and set tasks in JIRA according to technical requirements.
• Prioritize tasks, agree on deadlines, and track project timelines and budgets.
• Provide regular project status reports and interact with technical leads to validate estimates.
• Manage changes in requirements and solve problems promptly.
• Conduct demos, launch projects into production, and participate in team selection and motivation.

Requirements

• English: Advanced (C1) required
• Experience managing distributed teams and outsourcing projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with SDLC, web technologies, Magento platform, JIRA, Gantt charts, and Excel.
• Experience working with clients from USA and EU.

Nice to have

• Technical background and certification in the subject area.
• Experience using Jira Plans and speaking at conferences.
• Teaching skills in the subject area.
