What you will do

• Build and own the vision, strategy, and execution plan for all service lines.
• Define organizational structure and leadership models ensuring right capabilities.
• Provide hands-on operational leadership with clear accountability.
• Translate business goals into detailed operational roadmaps.
• Establish scalable processes to ensure delivery excellence and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Legal teams.

Requirements

• Must be fluent in English and submit communication in English.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years leadership experience managing complex service organizations with P&L responsibility.
• Proven ability to develop and execute scalable operational strategies driving growth and efficiency.
• Experience in technology or hyper-growth companies preferred; management consulting or investment banking a plus.
• Willingness to travel to meet clients and stakeholders.
