What you will do

• Manage end-to-end recruiting processes across multiple departments including engineering, finance, and marketing.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Use tools like Ashby, Notion, and Slack to streamline hiring and candidate communication.
• Track and analyze recruiting metrics to improve pipeline effectiveness and hiring speed.
• Build diverse candidate pipelines and ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
• Lead initiatives to scale recruiting processes and improve hiring outcomes.

Requirements

• Remote-first work environment with experience adapting to asynchronous communication and multiple time zones.
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in tech or SaaS.
• Strong sourcing skills for both technical and non-technical roles.
• Data-driven approach to recruitment metrics and process improvement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and handle multiple priorities.
