What you will do

• Collaborate with engineering teams and external partners to define project scope, deliverables, and timelines.
• Plan and execute projects with clear tracking mechanisms, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Act as the primary point of contact for hirify.global's Graphics team in partner delivery meetings.
• Engage partners regularly to gather feedback and address concerns.
• Facilitate open communication and resolve conflicts diplomatically between internal teams and external partners.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Montreal, Canada
• 5+ years of experience in technical program or project management within technology or engineering organizations.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and engineering processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously with capacity planning and risk mitigation.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira.
• English: Professional verbal and written proficiency required for frequent global communication.
