What you will do

  • Serve as the operational backbone of the Office of the CEO, tracking decisions and ensuring initiatives move quickly.
  • Own intake and routing of inbound requests to the CEO, managing their calendar and meeting preparation.
  • Partner with the CEO on active recruiting efforts, coordinating interviews and tracking feedback.
  • Direct and manage virtual assistant(s) and a part-time local Personal Assistant.
  • Own and evolve executive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), leveraging AI for automation.
  • Attend leadership and hiring meetings to capture decisions and ensure outputs are routed.

Requirements

  • 7–12+ years experience in senior EA, executive operations, or partner roles.
  • Experience supporting CEOs in high-velocity environments.
  • Proven track record of owning executive flow, filtering, routing, and prioritizing work.
  • Strong judgment and comfort acting on behalf of an executive.
  • Systems-oriented and AI-savvy.
  • Experience managing assistants.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Work authorization for Canada.
