What you will do

• Ensure products meet global regulatory and safety standards including CE, US UL, FDA, OSHA, NFPA
• Manage product data and compliance documentation throughout product lifecycle
• Collaborate with product engineers, manufacturers, and test labs to maintain compliance
• Provide guidance to R&D, Engineering, Product Management, and Operations teams
• Maintain governance, technical files, and facilitate third-party testing and certification
• Identify and implement systems to improve compliance accuracy, efficiency, and sustainability

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work from Dublin, Leuven, or Senec offices
• 5+ years experience in product and quality compliance
• Strong knowledge of CE/EU and US regulatory standards and directives
• Excellent English communication skills
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive process improvements
• Experience working with third-party testing and certification services
