What you will do

• Monitor process chain dashboards 24/7 to detect potential issues.
• Evaluate the business impact of incidents on customer operations.
• Coordinate with technical teams and application managers to resolve incidents.
• Facilitate technical teleconferences and meetings.
• Maintain accurate logbooks and document system changes.
• Communicate status updates to relevant technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be based in Slovakia for remote work eligibility.
• German or English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Willingness to work 24/7 in 12-hour shifts.
• Analytical thinking and proactive approach to troubleshooting.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Secondary education or higher.
