• Coordinate and supervise scouts identifying potential influencers for campaigns.
• Evaluate influencer profiles for relevance, authenticity, and engagement.
• Summarize campaign performance and outreach metrics for management.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in influencer marketing targeting US & UK markets
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple influencer activations simultaneously.
• Data-friendly mindset to review metrics and budgets.
• Understanding of social media algorithms and influencer metrics.
• Experience in health & wellness products is a plus.
