Salary: 2500 – 3500 EUR/month

What you will do

• Plan and execute influencer campaigns on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
• Create and track campaign KPIs including reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
• Negotiate contracts and manage influencer budgets efficiently.
• Build long-term relationships with influencers and creators.
• Mentor team members and oversee campaign delivery end-to-end.

Requirements

• Proven experience in influencer marketing, especially mobile-first campaigns.
• Confidence with budgets, performance metrics, and reporting.
• Leadership and mentoring skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong English and Lithuanian language skills.
