What you will do
- Manage client accounts with a focus on performance marketing and digital strategy development.
- Lead campaign activation, optimization, and reporting using platforms like Google Ads and SA360.
- Drive data analysis and insights leveraging Google Analytics 4 for performance improvement.
- Develop and implement cross-channel strategies across paid search and social media.
- Ensure client satisfaction through high-quality deliverables and effective communication.
- Foster continuous improvement and share best practices within the team.
Requirements
- Location: Hybrid work with presence in Dubai, United Arab Emirates
- Minimum 4 years of experience in planning and performance marketing.
- Proficiency in Google, Amazon, Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok, and Twitter ads.
- Strong strategic planning and leadership skills with full ownership of budgets and targets.
- Deep understanding of digital ecosystem, tracking, tech stack, and measurement.
- English: B2 level or higher required
