TL;DR
Platform Software Engineer (DevOps): Develop and maintain internal development platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and tools to improve developer productivity and experience. Focus on building self-service platforms, integrating cloud services, and managing deployment pipelines with an accent on automation, reliability, and developer enablement. Focus on designing and operating production systems, solving deployment incidents, and collaborating across teams to drive platform adoption.
What you will do
- Provide and maintain tools for daily product development, including CI/CD pipelines and build systems.
- Develop internal self-service platforms used by developers.
- Own technical projects from concept to production, including design and execution.
- Collaborate with product engineering, security, and architecture teams to understand needs and promote platform adoption.
- Document solutions and conduct workshops and trainings for development teams.
- Detect, diagnose, and fix deployment incidents in development and production environments.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal English skills.
- Minimum 5 years experience as Software Engineer, DevOps Engineer, Platform Engineer, or SRE.
- Experience with automated CI/CD pipelines and tools like GitHub, Jenkins, Artifactory.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Linux systems, cloud platforms (AWS), and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform).
- Proficient in programming languages such as Go, Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, and Bash.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to operate production systems effectively.
