Location: Remote within Germany or Berlin

What you will do

  • Lead client onboarding and support across UK and German markets for the hirify.global platform
  • Coordinate resources to ensure contract renewals and align solutions with client business objectives
  • Develop and implement digital strategies including outbound campaigns and webinars
  • Collaborate with account management to identify growth opportunities and reduce churn
  • Manage a large portfolio of clients and build trusted relationships with top management
  • Create and improve processes for reporting, communication, and customer success operations

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Germany or able to work remotely within Germany
  • Fluent proficiency in English and German
  • At least 2 years experience in Customer Success, preferably in SaaS
  • Strong communication and data presentation skills
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset with ability to manage multiple clients
  • Interest in digital industry, education, and e-learning

Nice to have

  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and outbound campaign management
