Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 8–12 years of technology delivery or program management experience in financial services.
• Strong understanding of project governance, release management, and cybersecurity frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin.
