What you will do

• Serve as the primary operational liaison between Business Development, Operations, Strategy, and Finance to translate commercial opportunities into operational programs
• Drive planning, execution, and performance monitoring of programs supporting commercial growth
• Lead readiness efforts for new customers including procedures, lane design, capacity planning, and contract compliance
• Analyze fleet distribution to optimize service delivery and support revenue growth
• Identify resource constraints and risks, facilitating actions to address gaps
• Monitor commercial KPIs and identify issues impacting profitability and scalability

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Dallas, Texas, USA
• 5+ years of program management or operations strategy experience
• Strong stakeholder management and multi-functional leadership skills
• Proficient in Excel/Gsheets modeling
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with ownership mentality
