Senior Account Executive (Fintech)

TL;DR

Solutions Engineer: Collaborating with the Go-To-Market team to identify and build solutions for investment firms, providing product and technical financial expertise. What you will do

• Collaborate with the Go-To-Market team to understand customer needs and scope solutions for investment firms.
• Lead technical aspects of sales cycles and partnership conversations using product and fund accounting knowledge.
• Interface with prospects and strategic partners to scope requirements and lead technical product demos.
• Provide product and technical financial expertise to drive meaningful progress towards team quarterly revenue goals.
• Be a key contributor to the hirify.global product roadmap based on in-depth conversations with prospects.
• Provide technical coaching to Go-To-Market team members and support at partner offsite seminars and events.

Requirements

• Qualified accountant with 7+ years of experience in accounting or corporate finance.
• In-depth understanding of fund structures (Private Equity, Venture Capital, or Private Credit).
• Strong understanding of Venture Capital or Private Equity, ideally with regards to back office fund operations and fund administration.
• Proven track record of stakeholder management or client relationship management and excellent communication skills.
• Interest in software products built to solve technical financial problems and helping prospective customers with operational problems.
• Passion for transforming private markets across the Middle East & Africa regions.

Nice to have

• Experience working in a SAAS customer facing role.
• Experience in a Fund Accounting / Fund Administration role.
• Knowledge and experience of Middle East fund regulations, especially across DIFC, ADGM, and Saudi Arabia.
