What you will do

• Define enterprise AI operating models, governance, and architectural standards.
• Lead multi-year AI transformation roadmaps and platform modernization efforts.
• Architect end-to-end AI ecosystems, including LLM agents, RAG workflows, and multimodal systems.
• Establish modular, reusable patterns for scalable and compliant AI platforms.
• Collaborate with business and technical leaders to shape AI strategy and value propositions.
• Conduct technical workshops, pre-sales reviews, and solution design sessions.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in AI application solution design.
• Strong background in cloud-native GenAI development.
• Proven expertise in data science on Azure.
• Hands-on experience with Python and agentic GenAI systems.
• Advanced knowledge of RAG workflow design.
• Must be located in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Nice to have

• Experience with Compass AI services.
• Arabic language proficiency (verbal & written).
