What you will do

• Manage customer requests related to networking, dataloggers, and device communications
• Provide technical support via email and calls
• Implement project modifications based on customer needs
• Create and modify electrical and single-line diagrams using AutoCAD
• Manage internal documentation and set up GPM platforms
• Detect errors and support quality improvements

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Mexico City, Mexico
• University degree in technical fields such as Information Systems Management, Electronics Engineering, or Telecommunications
• Minimum 3 years in customer-facing technical support roles
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to write technical reports and communicate effectively with customers
• Pre-employment background screening

Nice to have

• Knowledge of renewable energy (solar, wind, storage)
• Experience with communication networks and dataloggers
• Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (Modbus, IEC104, OPC, DNP3)
• Knowledge of Linux operating system
• Experience with Power Plant Controller (PPC) in solar plants
