What you will do
- Define systems scope and objectives for complex projects and facilitate communication between business and IT.
- Consult with users to solve complex system issues and recommend solutions.
- Support system change processes from requirements through implementation.
- Provide user and operational support and act as SME to senior stakeholders.
- Identify and communicate risks and impacts considering business implications.
- Coach junior analysts and work independently with limited supervision.
Requirements
- Location: Hybrid role based in Pune, Maharashtra, India
- 8-12 years of relevant experience in business analysis and data analysis.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
