What you will do

• Manage patient solution projects with global teams, translating client’s business needs into specific solutions and tasks.
• Work with US-based engagement managers and consultants to conduct high-quality analysis and develop well-structured deliverables.
• Establish priorities and timelines for project milestones, flagging potential risks and mitigation plans.
• Solution complex business problems around patient solutions, utilizing analytical approaches and insights for complex projects.
• Contribute to firm-level initiatives, including new capability build and standardizing approaches for patient solutions.
• Mentor and coach resources on analytical approaches, data sets, and applicable commercial use cases.

Requirements

• Pharmaceutical/Healthcare industry experience preferred (5-9 years) of relevant experience delivering data and analytics engagements.
• At least 3+ years of patient analytics experience, with an understanding of patient level data sets.
• Strong expertise in using analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Python, R, Alteryx, SAS, Tableau, PowerBI).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to operate effectively in an international matrix environment and work with US clients in US working hours (3-4 hours of overlap).
• Open to travel to US global offices and client-site based on client project requirement (10%-20%).
