Location: Hybrid/remote in Germany, ideally near Munich or Berlin

What you will do
- Lead strategic sales and partnership development across government and defence sectors.
- Own key accounts and opportunities from introduction through closure.
- Drive consortium-based approaches to public tenders and national partnerships.
- Collaborate with the Berlin Representative Office and policy network.
- Develop repeatable processes for long-cycle government sales.
- Represent at key defence and resilience events globally.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in defence, aerospace, or government partnerships.
- Solid understanding of satellite technology and Earth observation platforms.
- Proven track record in converting strategic relationships into large contracts.
- Fluent in English; German strongly preferred.
- Must be a citizen of a NATO member state.
- Based in Germany with frequent travel.
