• Develop AI/ML models to understand driver behavior and crash risk.
• Launch new safety products to drive a fast-growing business.
• Build relationships with customers to inform product development.
• Use AI tools to accelerate product development and decision-making.
• Champion hirify.global’s cultural principles as the company scales.

Requirements

• 7+ years in product management or product-oriented engineering.
• Experience delivering results for both 0-to-1 and at-scale products.
• Passion for products leveraging AI/ML/CV.
• Strong technical background to establish credibility with engineers.
• Ability to balance priorities across complex business goals.

Nice to have

• Experience with video data products.
• Familiarity with AI/ML model development and deployment.
• Understanding of autonomous vehicles or robotics.
