What you will do

• Develop Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using Terraform, CDK, or Pulumi.
• Create CI/CD pipelines for cloud deployments.
• Manage code repositories and perform peer code reviews.
• Collaborate with clients to design and deploy complex integrations.
• Mentor and train implementation engineers.
• Analyze existing Helpshift implementations for improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of SaaS experience in consulting services or technical project management.
• Proficient in Python, Go, C#, Node.js, or Powershell.
• Experience deploying cloud solutions on AWS or Azure.
• Excellent communication skills for leading meetings with clients.
• Familiarity with technical SaaS concepts such as SDKs and APIs.
