What you will do

• Develop and fine-tune NLP models and transformer-based language models.
• Work with open-source LLMs and embedding techniques for semantic search and retrieval-augmented generation.
• Build and deploy NLP classification models.
• Utilize vector databases such as Weaviate, Pinecone, FAISS, or Milvus.
• Implement MLOps and LLMOps tools to manage AI pipelines.
• Collaborate in a hybrid setup with a focus on AI research and engineering.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Pune, Maharashtra, India
• 4+ years of experience in AI research or related fields.
• Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Solid understanding of NLP algorithms, transformer architectures, and language model training/fine-tuning.
• Experience with open-source LLMs and embedding techniques.
• Familiarity with vector databases and MLOps/LLMOps platforms.

Nice to have

• Experience in customer support or conversational AI industry.
• Knowledge of cloud deployment (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Contributions to open-source NLP/LLM projects.
