What you will do
- Design and develop LLM-powered AI capabilities and multi-agent systems end-to-end from ideation to production.
- Build and maintain highly scalable production ML systems powering Observe.AI’s platform.
- Optimize ML models and pipelines for performance, cost-effectiveness, and scalability.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, product managers, and customer teams to build impactful solutions.
- Mentor junior team members and influence product and platform strategy.
- Stay updated with latest ML/NLP research and contribute to the community through publications and blogs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field from a top-tier institution.
- 3+ years industry experience building large-scale NLP/NLU systems, including LLM-powered applications and Agentic AI.
- Strong fundamentals in ML and NLP with hands-on experience deploying scalable production ML systems.
- Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as Pytorch, Tensorflow, and HuggingFace.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Must be located in Bengaluru, India.

- Experience with Spoken Language Understanding.
- Published papers in top NLP/NLU conferences.
- Relevant open-source contributions.
