What you will do

• Design, develop, and implement AI agents for understanding reporting requirements and automating report generation and dashboards.
• Integrate AI/ML models including NLP, generative AI, and anomaly detection into reporting workflows.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes for MIS reporting automation.
• Support deployment, monitoring, and scaling of AI solutions with cloud and container technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and business analysts.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and governance standards in AI/ML solutions.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Bangalore, India
• Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, ML, Data Science or related field
• Experience: 10+ years in software development or AI/ML engineering, with 5+ years in production AI/ML solutions
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, LLM frameworks, and cloud/container technologies
• English: B2 level or higher required
• Experience in financial services and regulated environments
