What you will do

• Define and implement technical standards and best practices for game development.
• Collaborate with game designers and producers to ensure technical feasibility of innovative ideas.
• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex engineering projects on time and budget.
• Manage and mentor a high-performing game development team.
• Identify and resolve complex technical challenges efficiently.
• Communicate technical strategies clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Mexico
• Proven software engineering experience with 4+ years in leadership roles.
• Expert proficiency in C++ and C#.
• Hands-on experience with Unreal Engine 4/5, AWS, and console platforms (Steam, PlayStation, Xbox).
• Successful track record of shipping multiple console or PC titles.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
