What you will do
- Analyse incidents and serve as first and second-line customer liaison.
- Provide on-site support and document operational procedures.
- Participate in reconfiguration and installation of PC environments.
- Liaise with system and database administration for task execution.
- Test and administer applications.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience in IT Support.
- Fluent in both English and French.
- ITIL V4 Foundation Certified (or certification must be obtained within 3 months).
- Good understanding of mobile device platforms and applications.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
