What you will do
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge management strategy.
- Oversee knowledge content creation, categorization, and maintenance.
- Integrate knowledge management processes with IT service management functions.
- Foster a culture of knowledge sharing across the organization.
- Monitor progress using analytics to assess the impact of the knowledge management strategy.
- Provide training and support to staff on knowledge management practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in implementing Knowledge Management strategies.
- Experience building KM programs in the technology industry.
- Strong understanding of IT service management and ITIL framework.
- Proven experience in a ServiceNow environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
