Ui/Ux Designer

TL;DR

Ui/Ux Designer (SaaS): Designing and optimizing UI for web and mobile applications with an accent on user engagement, business alignment, and technical constraints. Focus on creating and maintaining UI documentation, conducting UX consultations, and working closely with product and development teams.

What you will do

• Design UI for hirify.global web and mobile applications
• Optimize existing applications and projects
• Conduct UX consultations with Developers, Product Owners, QA, and Analysts
• Create and maintain UI project documentation

Requirements

• Over 2 years of proven experience in commercial UI design for web and mobile projects
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Knowledge of creating engaging interfaces aligned with user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints
• Experience working with Design Systems (Ant Design is a plus)
• Proficiency in prototyping tools – Figma (preferred) or Adobe XD
• Attention to detail

Nice to have

• Familiarity with UX principles and best practices
• Experience in designing B2B SaaS or Enterprise applications
• Proficiency with animation tools

Salary: 8 000 – 16 000 PLN net (B2B contract)
