What you will do

• Architect and design large-scale AI and NLP systems and platforms.
• Lead teams to implement scalable, secure, and interoperable cloud-based solutions.
• Translate business vision into architectural strategies for omni-channel experiences.
• Supervise software engineers and technologists to meet organizational goals.
• Advise senior management on technical strategy and architecture direction.
• Ensure implementation of design through development lifecycles using CI/CD and SRE processes.

Requirements

• Must have experience in financial services industry and regulated environments
• Proven leadership in architecture and delivery of AI solutions and platforms
• Expertise in conversational AI, NLP, ML model evaluation, and cloud technologies (AWS, Kubernetes, Docker)
• Bachelor’s degree with 6 years or Master’s degree with 4 years in relevant roles
• Hybrid work format with onsite presence every other week
• English proficiency at least B2 level
